C-15 Learning In Florida Environment Agreement between SBCC, NLC, FDEP and Pass Grant

Issue/Rationale
The LIFE Program coordinates the use of Department of Environmental Protection lands and other unique environmental sites by local schools for hands-on, field based activities which enrich the standard science curriculum. This agreement delineates, in principle only and with no binding obligation, the roles of the signatory agencies in creating and contributing to the development and continuation of and the utilization of the LIFE program at Northfolk Leadership Center in Middleburg, Florida.

Recommended Action
Approve the agreement as presented.
